  Disgusted with colpitts. They have the nerve to evict a senior citizen and a veteran who has lived there for three years for smoking medical cannabis. Sick people

  Robert consistently been a pleasure to work with. I used his services for both renting and buying and he's proven to be proficient on both sides of the deal. What's more, he goes above and beyond to always make himself available, promptly replies to text messages and email, and uses the latest technology to get the deal done. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone who's looking for a friendly and knowledgeable real estate agent.

  I moved in to a brand new Colpitts rental building temporarily so they could build me a house. I am glad I moved in to the rental before house build, as I got a taste of their workmanship. Doors that don't close because of framing, HRV vents don't fit, a wall that is crooked, transform window leaked when raining, onto floor. Did they fix any of this? No. I found a new builder.

  I used to rent an apartment from Colpits Development and I also bought my current houses through their real state service. Robert Curtis is who I've worked with. He was my landlord as well as my real state agent.

  I rented from this company a few years ago. TERRIBLE! I worked until 2AM back then, so I typically didn't wake up until 10-11am. One morning they just decided to do some work outside my window. It was loud and woke me up from a solid sleep. I complained to the woman at the office, Liz, and she didn't care. The maintenance staff were also extremely rude! I have no evidence to prove it, but me and my roommate think one of them let their self into our apartment for no reason when we were not home. We started to notice things such as the door being unlocked and things that looked like they were moved. Another thing that pissed me off is that they all demanded we move our car out of both of the parking lots that were there, when to came to snow removal, instead of coming to a compromise, such as moving our cars to one parking lot, have them clear the other, then switch. On top of all this, they kept our damage deposit, despite the fact we left the apartment spotless! Would never rent or buy from them. Would give negative stars if I could!
