    Great, self serve dog wash station at rear of store,everything included. Staff were very accommodating and prices were quite reasonable. Definitely be back here again!!

    A dog wash...yep DOG WASH! Just like a car wash. IT'S GREAT. for 10 bucks you get a half hour to wash your friend in comfort for both you and your pet. The stations are raised so there's no back strain for you. The dog is at waist level-more comphy than being towered over in home tub. AND no hair to clean or clog! Soap, towels, a waterprood bib for you, treats, and air dryer all included. Made a mess? Guess what - you pay and walk away. Staff are helpful. Store is pet friendly but very high shelving which makes for a crowded feeling. Infact I've only bought 1 extra item after 12 baths because there just seems to much to look at. Join the PetValu club and 7th bath is free and so on. Over all positive experience - for both Buddy and me.

    Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Decent advice given with some free samples too! Good selection of cat and dog food.

    Great store. Amazing customer service and wonderful products at reasonable prices. Staff are helpful to humans and friendly to pets.
