  I have been calling Sleep Country for 4 weeks re a warranty on a 2000 dollar mattress set. I have called customer support 4 times and up loaded 12 pictures to the website . I keep being told yes this is a warranty but up load a different picture from a different angle etc etc because their suppliers need to approve. ... I tried calling Sleep Country but the phone tree of death. I would suggest not buying anything from a company that hides behind phone trees and customer support people reading from a script designed to give the customer the complete run around and blame their suppliers THE ONE STAR IS ONLY BECAUSE I NEED TO RATE THEM TO POST THIS

  I had a wonderful experience with the staff in Fredericton, NB. The mattress I had been sleeping on intensified the pain I experience due to a bad back and I rarely slept thru the night. When I went to Sleep Country, my sales associate, David, took great care of me. He asked me questions to ensure he found the perfect mattress for me, had me try various mattresses to see which one offered the best support for my back and that I found most comfortable. I ended up selecting a firm mattress which makes a huge difference as it aligns my back properly. I also purchased a new pillow which offers great neck support while sleeping. It was great to have someone who cared about my situation versus trying to make a sale. The guys who delivered set everything up for me and were in and out in no time. It has been a week since I've had my new mattress and pillow and I must say I sleep like a baby! Thank you Sleep Country!
