    Visit a few times per month. Always pleasant experience. Not a fan of the reduction in cashiers and increase in selfscan. The only major complaint I have is regarding the business they use/contract out for building decks.

    I've never done a google review before but if it can prevent someone from being in a similar situation as I then I feel this is needed. I do not expect anyone to believe what is written because it is beyond comprehensible. But I assure you this is how it is.

    Not sure what has changed here, but what a disappointing service experience! Rude, unhelpful staff, misled on return options. Called head office to sort, was assured of a call back from the store manager within hours. That was yesterday; still nothing. Such a shame as product selection continues to be wonderful.

    Oh what continual fantastic service. The manager and staff should be commended more often. And absolute pleasure to shop and bounce ideas off of. I explain what I want to do and they fullfil and exceed my expectations EVERY time. They all deserve praise. A model for big box stores. The staff there have got it all together.

    Well. My first ever visit to a Home Depot, belive it or not. Nice big parking lot. Industrial style entrance but I understood better after entering. It's a warehouse. Clean and somewhat bright. Isles felt crowed but that could be because of the height of shelving. But - it's a warehouse. I expecially appreciated being greeted by Wylie at the door. He politely asked if I needed directions to anything. I told him what I was looking for and WITHOUT hesitation said "isle 14 Sir" In a warehouse! How's that possible Bravo Wylie. Thanks to Faith on the way out...she made "my first time" a pleasure. ;-) Overall great experience.

    Then Yesterday(Thursday) I went into the store to get a refund and do a re sale of the cabinets because the supplier was having a deal that they had told me about on the day of purchase, that Thursday they were going on sale for 20% off depending on how much you spent, which I met that criteria so they told me they will refund me on Thursday and re sell them to me for 20% less of the total price of all cabinets purchased. They refunded my money after an hour of me being there which is understandable considering it takes time to organize the big order and add the small ones into it. I was patient the whole time but, the lady who took care of it refused to even acknowledge me the whole time and was very dismissive as if I was not important and not a valued customer. once the refund was processed they asked me to re-purchase it at the 20% less value which I of course agreed too because it saves me about 800 dollars! so when I tried to re purchase it to my surprise it was declined, I contacted the credit card company and asked why, they said they can see the refund pending but it will take 48 hours to process and they cannot speed it up. So I asked why they refunded all my money knowing it would not be available to me for re-purchasing as I had spent all my money on these cabinets. they continued to dismiss me even after I asked them if they can take a 1 or 2 thousand dollars now and I'll come back once the refund clears because they have all my information. they continued not to acknowledge me at all I and they held me there against my will for 2 hours approx. I had to call the police to be able to leave. In short I was Harassed, Publicly humiliated And Discriminated for my age.Alsodid not receive my 20%promised discount

    The past weekend I made a large purchase for my kitchen cabinets the process was great no problems at all the staff seemed awesome and pleasant, I checked out okay no worries at all. then the following Evening (Monday) I went back to purchase 3 more cabinets so I could make my kitchen island once again the process was easy as 123, but when I checked out and left thru the exit door I was almost run over, and then assaulted by the man who almost hit me, I told him multiple times to F*** off and leave me the hell alone that I have nothing to prove to you by fighting you. I then continued into my truck and drove over the the loading bay while the whole time being yelled at that I was a coward and a P***y by this very aggravated man. once again I continued the same sequence of telling him to F*** off and leave me alone, I was louder this time hoping that a manager would come to my aid and see that i was physically loading stuff with my hands whilst being assaulted and threatened. instead what I got was the general assistance manager come to this mans immediate aid with his assumptions that I was the perpetrator in this confrontation. I tried to explain to the general assistant manager and his co-worker what was going on but they refused to listen to reason and made remark about how "we should act like adults" "it's very immature to start fights here" "you're acting like a child" etc.... so I was immediately targeted based on the fact that I am a younger male 21 years of age and this man was probably mid 30s so they make the assumption I caused it all even after i tried to flee the situation. I called customer service was then told I am allowed to continue purchasing there as long as I behave which I was shocked because I did nothing and the cameras would prove I tried to evade from the man but they refused to look at them. So I needed to continue dealing with the store with my cabinets ,I went back (Wednesday to do an exchange and none the less received the wrong cabinet again it was the right size wrong color though.
