The best spot in the city for those hard to find specialty items and exotic food stuffs.

Loads of great hard to find foods and other regional / ethnic items. Lots of great bulk food. Can be a little on the expensive side but that’s to be expected for hard to find imports.

They have a wide variety of items but things can be difficult to find, as the store is small in relation to the stock. The service is inconsistent with the staff being very friendly (1/3 of the time) to very rude especially over the phone. My questions elicited mostly grunts during a recent call. Online shopping virtually guarantees that everyone has a choice about where they shop. The staff would be wise to realize that when dealing with customers.

One of the best little bulk stores in Canada. If you need an obscure spice or tea, they probably have it. They also have a wide variety of international treats, be they European, middle eastern, African or Asian.
