    An absolute nightmare to deal with. I placed an online order that wasn’t received by the recipient. I called twice requesting an update - the number listed goes to an off-site call centre. The agents refused to provide a local number for the florist and were unable to provide any information about my order. A complete disappointment and waste of money.
