  I called staples this morning and no one answered... it rang....and rang.....and rang...... and rang......... Staples has really gone downhill .. Ive been in the Fredericton locations a few times in the past year and no one asks if they can help.. tumble-weeds blow by and crickets are heard... no one is even around to ask for help.... Staples either needs a major overhaul OR its time to cash it in.

  This store consistently disappoints with an inept service team that never around and slow to help. Unfortunately I have to use this store as its the only one around but I dread every time I have to come here as it has never been a smooth experience.

  After doing some research, I went to buy a laptop that the web site said was available in store, but when I got there they did not have one. The salesman found another similar display laptop and told me he would sell it to me for a similar price, however when I went to the checkout the price rang up as the original price not the QUOTED PRICE. I questioned the cashier about the price and he went and talked to the salesperson who now refused to honor his word. When I got home I called the store to talk with a manager and found out the salesman who gave the quote was also a 'manager'( ha ha). The manager I spoke with on the phone said she could not do anything for me, but said she would get the other manger to call me back. When I did not hear from him for hours I decided to call back, this time he answered. When I asked if he could do anything about the price that HE HAD QUOTED ME or even take a little bit off because it was a demo, he became VERY ANNOYED and still refused to do anything.
