  Friendly customer service reps who are always willing to help. The store will also match prices that are found online, which is fair and convenient. It would, however, be beneficial if discounted items were promoted more and became more salient.

  Service is usually scarce but the selection at this Amazon Preview store is nice.

  I reserved an item online. A few hours later I received an email saying that the item was ready. I went to the store later in the day to pick it up. They could not find the item and had no record of the reservation. There was barely an apology, just an offer to see if someone from the mobility department would be available to help me find something else that might work. Total waste of time.

  I bought a computer here and they did everything they could to help me pick the right option and give me the best deal they could. Constantly striving to save me money where they could. While there was a minor hitch with pickup the next day, Andrew (the manager), turned a negative experience into a very positive one coming up with a very viable solution. Their customer service has made me a lifelong customer of their store.

  Professional and friendly staff. Very helpful in letting you make up your mind about anything you need to buy. Lots of high tech stuff. Parking is free.
