  I replace front rotors and pads with hardware myself - no change. I now have to spend my time diagnosing what I paid them for.. 2 hrs later I find my front passenger hub stuck engaged. The sound was from the driver side hub trying to engage and grinding due to loss of vacuum because the passenger was stuck engaged..

  Unbelievable customer service. I had asked for regular oil for my oil change instead of synthetic. The mechanic did not notice those notes so he put in synthetic. The person at the desk let me know if that but only charged me for regular oil. I was also overcharged for my tire change. The clerk did not know that my other tires we're already on their own set of rims. He was glad to refund me that part. Definitely going to go back.

  They test drive it for over an hour and charge me advising it is still sticky brakes, 4x4 is good.

  1st visit for front end shimmy/ noise - ended up replacing upper control arms on both sides and something else. Also an alignment. Was advised sticky brakes also the cause. Close to $$$$.
