My gears snapped while I was out cycling and they were able to help me quickly and I was on my way.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, really upbeat and positive. They didn't push the sale either, you can tell they are truly about the sport rather than the absolute need to push a product. I'd recommend this place above all to buy a bike.

I would love to say i have always had a positive experience at this store, as i actually bought my first mountain bike here. However, after the experiences i've had, i must say i am pretty disappointed. First of all, i knew the bike i was getting wasn't top notch, but i was starting out, and i really want something i could hit the trails with confidently. But now, upon thinking about it, i feel like the sales staff pawned a low class bike off on me, knowing i had no knowledge and now i feel ive been deceived. Im currently trying to make upgrades, the biggest of which is a new fork. When i went in today, the sales staff seems very disinterested in helping and instead past me off to another employee, who didn't make an appearance for near 20 minutes. Once he came out, he failed to introduce himself, quickly answered my question, without explaining the hows and whys, tried selling me something completely different then what i explained to him, and walked away. I feel when you deal with someone new to a hobby, and who could be a possible reoccurring customer, its important to engage them, and be understanding when they asked questions that may seem silly or dumb to someone who has worked in the industry for years. I dont feel they try all that hard to build those relationships and i hope others see this and stay away. I'm very disappointed in the customer service here, and i hope changes are made.

Terribly rude whenever I've been in and the owner tries to cut off pedestrians at crosswalks with the company truck.
