  Great service and good store. It's just rogers I don't like. They take too much of my money. But this store is packed with helpful people.

  My husband and I wanted to upgrade both our phones and purchase one for our son. We arrived at 8 and told the customer service guy what we wanted and if we should come back tomorrow, he said no. Fifteen minutes later after arrogance and little more than one word answers to our question he told us to hurry up. We left. Rudest, and worse customer service ever!

  The customer service is absolutely horrible. I was there just the other day there were 4 people working and not one came up to me and asked me for help. I returned equipment back the first week of January in which they didn't put in there system as returned so my phone bill was at $2300 which my service got suspended for being so high so I had to find my receipts and forward them to head office and get the credit for them that way and some of the equipment I was sent home twice with saying they can't take it even after being told by someone a lot higher then them and me living 45 minutes away and being told to go there and only being sent back out the door. I was lucky to have someone from Rogers on the phone that went above and beyond everyone at that store and getting the matter resolved. I will be going to a different store from now on.
