  Angela and Wendy shook my hand and introduced themselves and walked me through the entire procedure. Rod was kind enough to place some wooden pallets down on the floor of my unit to keep my things up off the floor.

  Very friendly staff, always clean always ready to help. I have rented two units at one point, now down to one. Units were both spotless, dry, safe, and secure highly recommended. best part is 24hr access

  My experience at the Apple Self Storage office yesterday and today was amazing. Angela, Rod and Wendy could not have been more helpful. They were kind, courteous and really knew their stuff.

  I have had decent service with the staff. My only complaint would be with Apple Storage Company. I am not happy with the late fees that are charged due to storage fees being a little late. People have different reasons for using storage and if it is financial then by adding these late fees it is making it impossible for people to get caught up on the storage unit fees. I understand that it is a business and the company has costs as well but the company charges enough for the units and then add a 15.00 late fee charge onto a payment that is 3 days overdue is rediculious. The policy of charging late fees and then locking the renter out really needs to change. I understand that some renters have ripped them off but why should the loyal renters have to pay because of that.
