  To Management: Give your employees proper training and when someone walks in, who is more than twice the age of the young 'Man' at the counter, ensure they know how to greet a customer.

  It's Burger King, not a fine dining establishment. If you can't get it right here man, and nobody ever taught you properly (home or work), there's not much waiting for you later on. Especially in the hospitality industry.
