  Completely shocked with how rude the employee's were. Dropped my friend off a couple of nights ago and her bus was over an hour late (which is fine, as things happen) however, while we were waiting there was a gentleman waiting for a different bus and had asked 3 separate times about the bus and when he should board and if the bus outside was his. He was told it was NOT his bus, and that he will be told when he can board. He was never told the bus was leaving and when he went up for the 4th to ask about it the woman was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. She left no solution and said it was "not her problem". I have never seen such horrible service in my life. The man asked for a refund because he missed the bus (because of them) and she refused. Poor guy wasted over an hour of his time waiting.

  Also, if that wasn't enough, a man and his daughter walked in at 8:10pm for a parcel and the same lady was very rude to them as well saying that they closed ten minutes ago and so on. She had her coat on and you could tell she was very annoyed and wanted to go home (even though my friends bus was YET to arrive - thought she was going to kick us out into the cold).

  Recently rode from MTL to Saint John and had one of best trips in my life. Recently bought an online ticlet, accidently for the wrong day. Sitting on boars the bus the srivwr notices my tixket was for a different day. He accepted the ticket without another word and sorted it out inside the station for me .

  In short, quite the business... I will never recommend anyone to maritime bus after witnessing such horrible customer service for people who are just trying to get home for the holidays.

  All the staff were genuinely friendly, place was clean, though there were delays they kept customers informed. I was fortunate to have buses with wi fi connections. Booking an advance reservation for pick up at Moncton airport saved me taxi fare, and only cost the equivalent of a one fare bus ride, otherwise would have spent $20 + cab fare.

  Even if you're in Montreal, you have to call THEM for the tickets and Time to the Maritimes. Don't call Orleans!
