  Old, outdated and terrible customer service. Opening night of The Last Jedi and the audio didn't work. So they bumped people in line for four hours for the late show to make room for the people displaced by the earlier show audio issues. Terrible resolution to the issue. Punish those who have bought and waited already? Terrible management.

  Movie ticket prices are reasonable, seating and theatre atmosphere are good.

  They charge prices that would call for much better equipment. No reserved seating and not enough seating. The washrooms are consistently filthy and the food tastes damp. Worst of all is that I've brought all these concerns to them through their website and twice in person, but no explanation as to why these problems persist were given. We don't want another popcorn - we want you serve good popcorn in the first place.

  Concession prices are absolutely outrageous! Cost me $5 for a bottle of water and with the popcorn it came to almost double the price of the movie ticket. They need to lower the prices at the concession stand, this isn’t the Calgary Stampede.
