  The inside rear-view mirror on my car dropped a few days ago and yesterday I went unannounced to this shop to inquire about getting it re-attached. (It was still hanging by a cable). I went to the front office and joined a line of 2 others. I heard the manager on the intercom asking a worker to reattach the inside mirror on a car in front of the shop. I wondered if two people could have the same problem at the same time. Just then the manager leaned around and told me my mirror would be fixed right away. I said "How did you know that was my problem?" He said "I could see the wire hanging down when you drove in". I told him that was the most amazing service I had ever had in my whole life and that "I didn't even have a chance to complain". It was fixed in less than 10 minutes and the whole experience "made my day".
