  This company SUCKS! you reserve on line and they do not honor the reservation and give almost no notice that the vehicle you need is not available. book somewhere else!

  I had a very bad experience with Discount Car Rentals on Prospect in Fredericton. After booking online the day before and receiving a confirmation email there were no vehicles available upon my arrival at the rental office. The onsite customer service person was sympathetic but told me there was nothing he could do and that their website is know to be UNRELIABLE!? Just what a customer wants to hear in the twenty-first century. Substandard customer service and no car. One star.

  Made a reservation-received confirmation number from agent that was quite difficult to understand. Was told by the agent upon arrival that "There are no cars today-that's just how the cookie crumbles". Ended up missing an important meeting while scrambling to make other arrangements-Discount, I beg you to improve your reservation system so as to prevent this from happening to others in the future.

  Parking is limited and don't call the booking into the Call Center ...they will mislead you on availability of vehicles.
