  They charged me $175 for 1 1/2 hours labor to diagnose one of two remote control starters. They put a kit in one of them. I couldn't afford to get the other done. I called Clarks Chev up three days later and asked them what they thought about fixing the other one. They said probably just needs to be soldered at no charge or needs a battery or kit. I took it to them and the guy at the parts counter fixed it right there in five minutes or so. They charged me 15 + tax came to $17.25. I believe I got burned at Steele pretty bad and will never go back. They seem coming. Other places I called that repair them said it should never have taken a technician that much time to fix it.

  Had problems with reduced engine power on our 2009 GMC Sierra while towing a 30 foot 5th wheel from PEI to Ontario. Called ahead and stopped in our way through. Mark Tompkins the Service Manager helped us out and we were on our way in no time. Super friendly and very honest and knowledgeable. I would be a regular customer if I lived close by.

  They send me to a other dealership with my waranty telling i would not be charged cause they were to dump to fix my probleme. Other dealer find out that there is nothing wrong so i have to pay 83$ for just bringing the car at the garage ...thank you

  I own a 2013 sierra which I recently took in for a starting issue which was caused by high alcohol content in my fuel. It was reprogrammed and worked fine. A Lil over a month and 400 km later it started doing it again....same problem, but instead of tracking down what the cause of the problem would be (i.e a faulty sensor) they just reprogrammed it again and told me to change the grade of fuel. So needless to say I'm not happy having been told to just pay more for fuel just so I can drive my truck without any problems.

  The Parts manager knows her stuff. Service side I booked an appointment and they didnt call me to tell me there was a two hour wait for a oil change. Because they were backed up. Also have a slight vibration and they are charging me for a wheel balance. Brand new truck I will add, 6000km. Not happy just saying.
