  I enjoy shopping at VV with the exception of the pricing of a majority of the merchandise. I find that I shop only if I receive 30 percent off. I have been told by staff that pricing is not based on name brand but on the quality of the product. Is that not the same thing? You need to adjust your pricing methods if you want to bring in more customers. This is a complaint that I hear ALL the time when I visit your store. My point of view for what it is worth.

  Interesting concept. Nice big space and seems well laid out. Was looking for old Christmas CD'S and actually found one. Staff was helpful. Lots of parking. Sorta out of the way. Hope it's on a bus route since it is a great service for people in need. Lots of staff on the floor but only one cash open.

  Prices vary from reasonably to over priced but youll aways find something to take home. Where they lack is customer service- a few times I've been rung through by someone who is down right rude -snapping at me for her not putting in my information, refusing to wrap glassware, and just general attitude. And when I asked to speak to the manager theyd get right snarky. I'm very patience ane polite to anyone I meet cause I know what its like to be like on their end but I don't think I'll be going back.

  This Value Village has a great supply, it is impossible to leave without having found something worthwhile. Whenever I'm uptown I like to make a visit. Prices are reasonable. Definitely worth your time.

  Got some stuff from here before. The clothes are normally well washed. The selection is rather plain but if you need decently priced clothes this is where to go.
